Who we are

What data we collect

• Contact form data: your name and phone number, which you enter voluntarily when requesting a quote or a call.
• The dl_consent technical cookie: stores your choice from the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for details.
• Technical server logs: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by the hosting provider for security and site operation.

We do not use analytics, statistics or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or social media pixels) and we do not automatically collect any other personal data.

Why we collect it and on what legal basis

Form data is used exclusively to contact you about your request. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form, as well as taking steps at your request before a possible collaboration. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not share it for commercial purposes.

How long we keep the data

Form data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 12 months afterwards, unless you become our client. If we start working together, the data is kept according to legal contractual and accounting obligations. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for its standard period.

Who we disclose data to

We do not sell, rent or disclose your data to third parties for their own purposes. The only technical recipient is the website hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA), which processes data strictly to serve the site. This involves a limited transfer of technical data to a third country.

Your rights

Under Law no. 195/2024, you have the following rights:

• the right to access your data and information about the processing;
• the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
• the right to erasure of your data;
• the right to restriction of processing and the right to object;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), cnpdcp.md.

How we protect the data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: data access limited to the people who contact you, a secure HTTPS connection and hosting infrastructure with high security standards.
