What personal data we collect, why we collect it and what your rights are, under Moldova's Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection.

Who we are

DaLoSt is a construction company based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, at str. Vasile Lupu 18/1. For the data collected through this website, DaLoSt is the personal data controller. You can reach us anytime at +373 69 692 081 or dalost.md@gmail.com.

What data we collect

  • The dl_consent technical cookie: stores your choice from the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for details.
  • Technical server logs: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by the hosting provider for security and site operation.
  • Internal aggregate statistics: we count visits and clicks without storing your IP. If you allow analytics, we keep an anonymous id to calculate unique visitors, sessions and active time (only while the page is visible and in use). Without that choice, only aggregate totals are kept.

We do not use Google Analytics and we do not use social media pixels. If you allow marketing cookies, we load the Google Ads tag (AW-18480326996). Google may receive the page you visit and ad identifiers so we can measure ad results. Without that choice, the tag does not set advertising cookies.

Why we collect it and on what legal basis

The consent cookie is needed to remember your preference. Internal statistics are used only to understand which pages and buttons are useful, based on our legitimate interest in improving the site. We do not identify you through them. Google ads use only the data sent through the tag, after you allow marketing.

How long we keep the data

Aggregate statistics are kept for up to 24 months. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for its standard period.

Who we disclose data to

We do not sell or rent your data. Internal statistics stay on the hosting server. If you allow marketing, Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) receives the technical data of the visit in order to measure ads.

Your rights

Under Law no. 195/2024, you have the following rights:

  • the right to access your data and information about the processing;
  • the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
  • the right to erasure of your data;
  • the right to restriction of processing and the right to object;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), cnpdcp.md.

How we protect the data

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: data access limited to the people who contact you, a secure HTTPS connection and hosting infrastructure with high security standards.
